Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy

Using a variety of approaches to ensure therapy is personalized to you, we will work collaboratively to understand the hurdles or goals that bring you therapy. I use a top down and bottom up approach to therapy, meaning we will explore your challenges in depth through your history, sense of self, relationships, and functioning, while simultaneously providing you concrete skills so you can begin to see change immediately. As a therapist I work very relationally, so you can trust we will build an authentic connection founded on trust and safety. If you ever felt unloved or unknown by those around you, I think I would be a great fit. If you want to better know yourself and live a life more aligned with your values, I got you. I am influenced by emotionally focused therapy, interpersonal therapy, psychodynamic theory, ACT, and use skills from CBT and DBT.
